Stolen Snowboards and Skateboards Recovered in Sandy

Justin David Thomas Jackley, an 18-year old from Estacada, was arrested for stealing several snowboards and skateboards in Sandy. In the early morning hours of Saturday, February 21st, one of the victims called the police to report the theft of two skateboards, and offered a description of the suspect, and the escape vehicle.

It didn't take long for officers to find Jackley, who stopped him at the intersection of Hwy 26 and Bluff Rd. in Sandy. They recovered the two skateboards reported stolen, as well as two snowboards - not yet reported stolen. Jackley was charged with Theft 1, lodged in Clackamas County Jail, and bail was set for $15,000.
